NativeHelpy · a NativeSoft AI product
NativeHelpy reads your documentation, guides and product content and becomes an assistant that answers a user's question in plain words — and points to the page it came from. Your content stays yours, and there is no retraining to add it.
Already answering in Ananke, Gustivela and Clean Backgammon.

A user asks in their own words and gets a direct answer, instead of scrolling a long manual or a search page.
Answers are drawn from your documentation, guides and product content — not invented from the open web.
Every answer points to the page or section it came from, so a person can read on and check it.
It lives in the interface people already use — a site, an app or a help centre — in the language of the page.
In the products we run, it answers on the product's own server or device; once the content is prepared it can work offline.
When your content changes, a re-scan rebuilds the index — no retraining, and only the changed parts are rebuilt.
Each assistant is configured for what it may answer outside its own domain: allow or refuse topics one by one, or all at once. A bank's assistant refuses everything that is not banking; a recipe app's may also tell a joke. Greetings, thanks and who made it are always answered politely.
Besides the link to the source, it can show a concrete example taken from your documentation, such as an SQL query or a command, ready to copy.
Already in our products
NativeHelpy runs today in three live products, each adapted to its own knowledge and language. The fourth, Helpy Translate, a translator built on NativeHelpy, is coming soon to Google Play. The screenshots are from the real products. And you can try it yourself, right below, in a live bank demo.
Answers questions about Ananke from the product's own documentation — the manual, tutorials, FAQ and SQL reference — and links to the exact page. It explains features and workflows; it does not read your database or run SQL for you.
ananke.nativesoft.ro
Helps people find recipes by ingredients and preferences and answers questions about cooking and the app, in the language of the page. In the Gustivela app it runs on the device.
gustivela.com
The “Cleaner AI” assistant explains the rules and features and guides learning through the Backgammon Academy, linking to the right page. It is separate from the game's AI opponent. The Clean Backgammon app has 177,000+ downloads on Google Play.
cleanbackgammon.com
Translates text, files and conversations between 23 languages with an AI that runs on the phone, without internet. Built on NativeHelpy technology, with Helpy to ask in your own words.
Helpy TranslateShort videos of our assistants at work: NativeHelpy in a banking app, Gustivela in the kitchen, Ananke with SQL and databases, Clean Backgammon at the board. And Helpy Translate, translating on the phone.
Native Bank is a fictitious banking app with the NativeHelpy assistant beside it. Ask for last month's statement, send money with your confirmation or have a payment explained, in any of 23 languages: one example of what NativeHelpy can do inside your own app.

Languages
NativeHelpy understands and answers in the language of the question or the page. The multilingual model comes in a 23-language variant, plus a lighter one tuned for English and Romanian.
A question in one language finds the answer even when your content is written in another — the model matches meaning across languages, not words.
Change language from one question to the next and the assistant follows, replying in the language you asked in.
You prepare your content once. The same index serves every language, so adding a market does not mean rebuilding it.
The 23-language variant runs in Gustivela and Clean Backgammon across the languages of their sites; Ananke uses the lighter English-and-Romanian variant. A deployment carries the variant and the languages your product needs.
Deployment
The same engine and the same content, placed where it suits your product. NativeHelpy is built to drop into a website, a web or mobile app, a desktop tool or an internal help centre — in your own look and your own language.
For websites, web apps, help centres and internal tools. The assistant runs on a server — yours or ours — and answers every visitor from your indexed content. One place to update, and the content never leaves the machine it runs on.
Live on the Ananke, Gustivela and Clean Backgammon websitesFor mobile and desktop apps. The assistant and its index ship inside the app and run on the user's own device. Once installed it answers without a network, and the content stays on the device.
Live in the Gustivela mobile appEither way the assistant becomes part of your product rather than a separate site people have to leave for. It fits the interface your users already know, and you choose where the work happens — on a server you control or on each user's device.
How it works
Adding your content does not retrain the model. NativeHelpy reads it, structures it and indexes it, and the pre-trained NativeHelpy model answers from that index.
Point NativeHelpy at your site or help centre, or hand it your documentation. It reads the pages, respecting robots rules and staying within the content you give it.
The pages are split into sections that keep their links, and indexed with NativeSoft's encoder. Nothing is rewritten — the index points back at your own pages.
The assistant is placed where your users already are — a site, an app or a help centre — and answers in the language of the page.
A question is matched against the index and answered from the closest sections, with a link to the page or section the answer came from.
When your content changes, a re-scan rebuilds the index. If the sections are unchanged, nothing is rebuilt.
Where it fits
The three products above are live. Helpy Translate is coming soon to Google Play. The rest are directions the same engine fits — a deployment depends on your content, your tools and your constraints.
Answer from a manual, a wiki or an internal handbook, with a link to the relevant page.
Guide a new user through a product from inside it, in their own language.
A help assistant that ships with the product and, once prepared, works without the open internet where the implementation allows.
Explain rules, mechanics and lessons, as in Clean Backgammon's academy.
Precise, source-linked answers for software like Ananke, where a wrong guess is worse than none.
Help with a task; carrying out actions depends on integration with your tools, permissions and approvals — the engine does not act on its own. The live bank demo shows it: the assistant prepares the operation, the app checks it and the user confirms.
Search internal procedures and documentation, guide staff, and explain approved information to customers. Sensitive deployments need specific validation and access control; this is a direction we can adapt to, not an audited or certified banking product, and NativeHelpy does not make lending decisions, give personalised financial advice or carry out transactions.
Integration & processing
The content the assistant should draw on — a website, a help centre or documentation — and a place in your product where the assistant should appear.
We prepare and index your content, tune the assistant to it, and connect it to your interface. A re-scan keeps it current as your content changes.
On your own server or on the device, in the two modes shown above, drawing on your content rather than the open web. What a given deployment needs depends on its size and constraints.
Questions
Only from the content you give it — your documentation, guides and product pages. It is not a general web search, and each answer links back to the page or section it used.
No. The NativeHelpy model is already trained to answer from help content it has not seen. Adding your content is a scan and an index, not a retraining. When your content changes, a re-scan rebuilds the index.
The model comes in a 23-language multilingual variant — English, Romanian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Danish, Swedish, Greek, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Arabic, Persian, Hebrew, Hindi, Japanese and Korean — and a lighter variant tuned for English and Romanian. It replies in the language of the question or the page, and a user can switch language from one question to the next. You index your content once; the same index serves every language.
Both — you choose. On a website, a web app or an internal tool it runs on a server (yours or ours) and answers every visitor. In a mobile or desktop app the assistant and its index ship inside the app and run on the user's device. The same engine and the same content fit either mode; Ananke, Gustivela and Clean Backgammon run it on their websites, and the Gustivela app runs it on the device.
It is built to adapt. NativeHelpy takes the content you point it at and appears inside the product your users already use — a website, a web or mobile app, a desktop tool or a help centre — in your own look and language. What a given integration involves depends on your product and your content, which is what we work out together.
Once the content and the model are prepared, the assistant answers from them locally, without the open internet, in the implementations that support it — for example on the device in a mobile app. Preparing, installing or updating the content and model is a separate step that does use a connection.
Re-scan the source — on demand or on a schedule. Only the parts that changed are rebuilt, and a scan that finds too little keeps the previous version and flags a warning.
Yes, topic by topic. For each assistant you choose what it may talk about beyond your own content: enable or disable one topic (jokes, recipes, weather, sport, general knowledge ...), or enable or disable all of them at once. A banking app's assistant refuses everything outside banking, politely; a recipe app's assistant may also tell a joke. Greetings, thanks and who made it are always answered, and everything else stays grounded in your content.
Yes. When the documentation it answers from contains an example — an SQL query, a shell command, a snippet of configuration — the assistant can show it in its answer as a code block, ready to copy, together with the link to the page it came from.
It answers from the content it has, so it is only as complete as your material, and — like any assistant — it can be wrong; the source link is there so a person can check. It explains and points to information. It does not act on its own: inside an app it can prepare an action the app allows - like a transfer in the live bank demo - which the app checks and the person confirms. It does not read private systems or make decisions.
